What it is: Dye sublimation printing creates photographic-quality, full-colour prints that are permanently embedded into the fabric or substrate, meaning they won’t crack, peel, or fade.

How it works: Heat and pressure are used to convert solid dye into gas, which then bonds with polyester fibres or specially coated surfaces. The result is a print that becomes part of the material itself.

Ideal for: Branded clothing, sportswear, teamwear, uniforms, polyester products, mugs, phone covers, and items requiring vibrant all-over printing.
